Welcome to Sue's Chicago Homestay. Rooms for international students, visitors and those new to the Chicago.
I have been hosting students from around the world since 2005 and have loved every minute! My Homestay is a clean, sunny home in a quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from public transportation, Divvy Bikes (shared bikes) and the 606 Trail. 30 minutes to Downtown. I am a working professional with 1 small dog.
Rooms include dressers, beds, desks, linens, towels. Free laundry, shared common areas of home, DSL/WIFI. Share one and a half bath with other guests. Outdoor garden/grill.
$75 Deposit required to reserve a room. This fee will be credited to total balance, but is not refundable in case of cancellation of reservation. No security deposit. No lease.
