Welcome to Chicago!
I have been hosting students for the last 15 years and I have no children nor pets. Below what I offer all guest:
-air conditioning unit in window for cooling during summer months and heating during winter months.
-living room, kitchen, shared bathroom as well as home use of home wifi with laser printer.
-Use of laundry area with soap, plus utilities, bed linen, and towels included
-Monthly price for private room is only $650 (master bedroom) or $400 for smaller bedroom a month each person with self serve breakfast included.
-Commute is a 20minute ride to blueline subway then to downtown. Optional airport pick up and drop off for small fee.
-Samsung Smart flat TV and access to entertain stations like Netflix, Prime and HBO. As well as hook up link to your game devices.
-great quite place to study.
