Big City Access, Small Town Charm
Mark has lived in Forest Park for 30 years. Travel is my passion and I've had the opportunity to experience many cultures and meet many interesting people around the world. I enjoy spending free time hiking, camping, skiing, gardening, attending concerts, and making music (piano and organ). There is a piano in the home that you are welcome to play. I also enjoy entertaining and cooking for friends and family! I have hosted guests for 11 years.

Mark lives in a large single family home in a safe, residential neighborhood in the village of Forest Park, within easy walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, bars, shops, bank, post office and more.

Your room will be on the second floor along with the rooms of two other international guests. There is a bathroom and sitting area with a TV that you will share with the other guests. You will have access to wireless Internet. There is also a washer and dryer for your laundry in the home.

This homestay includes a self-serve breakfast and dinner nightly. The menu is varied, but usually includes a meat, vegetable, starch (potato, rice or pasta) and a salad and sometimes dessert. Guests are responsible for lunches and can use the upstairs refrigerator for lunch food and snacks.
