X 1 double room). Vibrant neighborhood only 3 miles from downtown with restaurants, retail stores, and grocery stores only 1/2 block away, plus bus transportation right outside the door and train 6 minutes walk. Our family is 1 adult, a 16 year old boy, and 2 cats.
